Tours of the Daycare, Boarding Suites & Outdoor Areas

We offer tours of our entire facility by appointment. The Luxury Suites (Suites only, not the daycare or outside play areas) can also be toured during business hours Monday-Friday.

Q.My Veterinarian/friend/co-worker says not to use any facility that does not allow drop-in tours. Why can't I stop in at anytime and tour the Daycare and entire building and outside play yards?

A. We are extremely proud of our facility and feel we have one of the nicest boarding & daycare facilities in the area. In order to tour the daycare and outdoor play areas, you must walk into the play areas where you will be in physical contact with daycare dogs. Having a stranger in the daycare is EXTREMELY disruptive to the stability of the pack. The dogs become overly stimulated and start barking, crowding and jumping as a result of the stranger that is peeking into or walking into their area. This activity promotes high levels of anxiety in the dogs, which can lead to issues (aggression) at the fences and gates.
